S&P Global Apprentice - Identity Access Management Development/Engineering in Hyderabad, India

Role Overview :: This is an Apprentice role for college graduates for an 11-month fixed program

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of identity and access management solutions.

  • Support IAM system administration tasks, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control.

  • Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze IAM-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.

  • Assist in the development and documentation of IAM policies, procedures, and best practices. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in identity and access management to enhance team knowledge and capabilities.

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding IAM-related inquiries and issues.

  • Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing activities to continuously improve skills and expertise in IAM concepts and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • Strong passion for cybersecurity and a desire to pursue a career in identity access management.

  • Basic understanding of IAM principles, concepts, and technologies (e.g., LDAP, SAML, OAuth, RBAC).

  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • Proactive attitude towards learning and self-development, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
