Amazon Account Manager I, Leads Management in Hyderabad, India
Description
• Working with Seller/Account management teams, understand the business requirements, develop complex queries to provide right quality of seller leadpool
• Setup (or) manage programs by owning the creation of SOP’s, defining the metrics, reporting, monitoring the performance, implementing the technical initiatives.
• Drive & deliver ML/Rule based prioritization models for the account management teams to prioritize which sellers to target first
• Managing key improvement initiatives and projects: Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and on-boarding teams
• Own end-to-end and drive multiple Projects/Programs in parallel and deliver results
• Preparing and driving the WBR/MBR/QBR reviews with the stakeholders. Analyze the metrics and come up with improvement opportunities
• Perform deep dives, data analysis using Excel and other data analysis tools and provide an insightful solution to the customer problems.
• Convert data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information using data analysis tools
• Tracking and reporting performance of the programs using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and AM satisfaction targets
• Audit, monitor, and review business performance for your accounts/programs, updating your plans to make sure actions remain optimal to deliver shared goals
• Recommend and make improvements to team processes, metrics, internal tools, SOPs, and other workflows
• Build small to mid-size BI solutions—data sets, queries, reports, dashboards, analyses—or components of larger solutions to answer straightforward business questions with data. Work incorporates business intelligence best practices, data management fundamentals, and analysis principles.
• Knowledgeable in a variety of strategies for querying, processing, persisting, analyzing and presenting data using various data management systems.
Key job responsibilities
Basic qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in handling live projects/programs end to end, by owning the goals, delivery and reporting.
• Ability to work with IT systems, understanding of querying databases. Knowledge on MS Excel to prepare, track, report the WBR/MBR metrics. Perform data analysis on need basis.
• Experience in analyzing data using any querying language/ data analytical tools and recommending best practices to assess performance drivers
• Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner
• Ability to deliver results independently in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience
• Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
• Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
Preferred qualifications
• E-Commerce experience preferred
• Previous responsibility for strategic development, product management or product marketing, revenue targets and quotas is desirable
• Experience of CRMs e.g. Salesforce, sales and marketing automation tools
• Experience of working on projects with global stakeholders
• Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of sales or account management experience
2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
Experience with Excel
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
