Your key responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Supports the Global Automation activities associated with OSI Soft components (OSI PI, PIVision, RtReport, PI Integrator) and peripheric systems e.g. QLIK, F1 data platform, AWS. • Is responsible to drive and support the sites by implementing defined solutions and activities required for Manufacturing systems to be vertically integrated to the local PI Historian including centralized user management and time synchronization • Will coordinate strategic automation projects and initiatives providing cost-effective and efficient technical solutions, standards, strategies and act as a competence center for automation with regards to Local/Global OSI Soft Components and interface to IT. • Will support the global Automation team to establish, maintain and improve interfaces from local to global OSI Soft components to ensure data flow and visualization capabilities • Ensures compliance of the Global PI Historian system according SOP and Global Automation Operational Handbook. • Good knowledge of design and operation of Local/Global OSI Soft Components across different platforms, Data Archive, Asset Framework, Event frame, SQL, Analytics, RtReport, PIVision and PI IntegratorKnowledge of OT / IT networks. \n\n\n\n Position Title: Automation PI Historian Engineer Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: • 5 years of engineering experience in Automation in the Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry, OSI Soft Components, Data Archive, Asset Framework, Event frame, SQL, Analytics, RtReport, PIVision, and PI Integrator. • Experience in resolving software /automation problems in control / automation and related systems. Skills in C&Q within the automation (CSV). • Knowledge of standards / interfaces for OT / IT systems with a cross domain landscape, manufacturing equipment/system in bulk / packaging and Utilities • Good knowledge in Computerized System Validation, GAMP, GxP environments, Quality Systems. • Establish & maintain new / modified end-to-end services / processes / procedures for the OSI Soft Components. Willingness to learn special and new technologies (Edge technologies).
