Specialist, Sales Administration & Operations

Job Description:

The Specialist, Administration and Operations role is part of the Order Operations Team in North America and supports the largest product line named Intacct. This position is responsible for ensuring all customer billing is completed accurately, on time, and within adherence to our company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owner responsibilities of all billing for the Intacct product line in North America

• Ensure customer billing and any order adjustments are processed accurately and within departmental SLA

• Review and investigate all credit requests

• Decide if order adjustment is within compliance with company protocols and take appropriate action

• Analyze and post revenue schedule data

• Partner and provide support the Intacct Sales Team for all billing inquiries

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team and work across all departments to represent Order Ops Billing

• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed and drive projects to successful completion

• Maintain documentation of the Billing Team processes

• Assist the Billing Manager to evaluate current processes, recommend, and implement changes to improve operational efficiencies and successful customer experiences.

• Act as the back-up to the Billing Manager and Coordinators as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate’s degree in billing preferred or a minimum of 2 years billing experience required

• Thorough understanding of end-to-end billing process

• Proficient in Excel required

• Experience with Salesforce and/or Intacct a plus

• Strong attention to detail

• Customer focused

• Ability to stay organized and focused to meet SLAs against a high volume of work
