Job Description:

As a People Business Partner and trusted advisor at Sage, you’ll split your time between direct HR business partnering and leading transformative, strategic projects. This includes managing organizational changes, overseeing essential cyclical people processes, spearheading global projects, and addressing targeted issues. Whether it’s working on strategic workforce planning, driving performance management, or ensuring the seamless adoption of global strategies, you’ll play a key role in driving transformation. You’ll also provide consultative support to leaders and contribute regional expertise to effectively integrate global people initiatives.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week of in-office collaboration from our new North America flagship office (619 Ponce, March 2025)
Minimum Qualifications - Is this you?
• Experience: 5+ years as an HR/People Business Partner within larger, private-sector organizations (technology, professional or financial services or other corporate environments).
• Agility and influence: You thrive in grey zones, can confidently partner with senior leaders, and adapt to shifting priorities with ease.
• Project expertise: You have a track record of leading strategic initiatives and managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Relationship builder: You create trust quickly and maintain strong partnerships.
• Consultative mindset: You advise, guide and coach leaders to achieve meaningful outcomes, knowing when challenge and when to lean in.
• Problem-solving skills: You turn complex data into actionable insights and solutions that drive results.

• Partner with VPs and senior leaders to shape and execute people strategies that align with business objectives.
• Drive cyclical people processes such as performance management, talent reviews, and rewards while providing consultative support to leaders.
• Collaborate with Strategic PBPs and Centers of Excellence to lead projects on organizational design, workforce planning, and engagement.
• Navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes by asking insightful questions, challenging assumptions, and offering innovative solutions.
• Build relationships across regions, ensuring global people initiatives align with local needs and business priorities.
