Sage Business Implementation Specialist in hybrid, United States

Business Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

Join our Customer Success team as a Business Implementation Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in guiding our Lockstep clients through the post-sale journey. You'll be the friendly face that ensures their product integration is seamless and successful. Building genuine relationships, managing expectations, and communicating effectively are at the heart of what you'll do, ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience with Lockstep.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you'll take proactive steps to oversee the success of customers implementing our products. Your responsibilities will include understanding and defining their business and technical requirements, tailoring the product experience to best fit their needs. From completing account setups to configuring software to match user preferences, you'll ensure every detail aligns with our customers' expectations.

Additionally, you'll lead both basic and advanced training sessions, empowering users to confidently adopt and navigate the new processes they're designing.

First 90 day Snapshot:

You'll immerse yourself in our product and Sage culture, mastering account setup, configuration, and technical requirements. As you gain expertise, you'll gradually take on more responsibility, eventually leading product meetings and managing your own implementation projects. Typically, implementations span 3-5 months, and you'll handle around 20 projects simultaneously, aiming to complete 2 implementations per week.

You'll be part of a close-knit team of two dedicated specialists, overseeing a client base of 80 with anticipated growth. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with colleagues from Customer Success Management, Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
