About our Marketing Procurement Manager:

At Sage Procurement, our purpose is “to create value across a sustainable supply chain,” and we strive to be trusted and valued business partners. Our team is responsible for strategic sourcing across IT & Product, Marketing, and Corporate categories. As the Procurement Manager - Marketing, you will support the Senior Marketing Procurement Manager and the delivery of specific marketing spend sub-categories across the Sage Group. This role involves managing various sub-categories such as Creative, Production, Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Sponsorships, Events and Merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

Summary of Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you will contribute to the development and delivery of category strategies by assessing and understanding internal requirements and supply markets to identify potential suppliers that can meet long-term business needs. You will conduct opportunity assessments to identify additional value for category strategies and sourcing activities. You will support the deployment of the agreed sourcing approach, including developing and leading RFPs within assigned sub-categories. Additionally, you will complete supplier bid evaluations and analyses, ensuring effective supplier evaluation and selection processes. Working closely with the Sage Legal team, you will negotiate commercially robust contracts that protect Sage’s interests and create value. You will implement appropriate supplier performance and relationship management to ensure improved and sustained supplier performance. Furthermore, you will ensure contracts are awarded in accordance with all relevant procedures and policies, including the Procurement Lifecycle Policy, Delegation of Authority, and Delegation of Signing Authority. Finally, you will support the inclusion of Sage’s sustainable procurement measures into category strategies where relevant.
