Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Hyannis, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Administrative Assistant in the non-profit industry, based in Hyannis, Massachusetts. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting property management functions at a bustling apartment development, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective communication with current and potential residents, both over the phone and in person.

• Handle applications from prospective residents with attention to detail and efficiency.

• Provide support in navigating the property for residents, enhancing their overall experience.

• Generate work orders as required, ensuring timely attention to all property management tasks.

• Maintain an organized office environment, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.

• Execute administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, filing, and making copies.

• Compile files for new applicants, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.

• Interact with residents, building strong relationships and providing excellent service. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance is required for this role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is essential.

• Knowledge of the non-profit sector is highly desirable.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Experience in managing and maintaining databases.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
