Here, you will make an impact by:Managing project timelines and budgets for assigned projectsLeading a cross functional team to execute multiple projects simultaneouslyInteracting with multiple discipline teams including 3M plant personnel, consultants, and suppliersEstimating capital equipment and installation costsProtecting 3M intellectual propertyYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionThree (3) years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management (internships are considered) in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Five (5) year of combined experience in Capital equipment and/or Facilities project management in a private, public, government or military environmentPrior experience with webline, extrusion, material handling, or inspection equipmentTeam player with the ability to contribute in a matrix environmentProficient user of typical business, office, and technical software for tasks such as spreadsheet computation, project presentation, scheduling, managing budgetsWork location: On-site at Hutchinson, MNTravel: May include up to 10% primarily domesticRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
