Description

Wheeler Machinery Co. is seeking to hire Warehouse Associate in their Hurricane, UT location. Is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the parts warehouse, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of inventory. This role involves receiving, storing, and distributing parts, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of parts and supplies, ensuring accuracy and quality.

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for shipping or customer pickup.

  • Stock and replenish shelves to maintain inventory levels and ensure easy access to parts.

  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist in routine stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring that parts are properly stored and labeled.

  • Assist in managing backorders, communicating with the team to ensure timely processing and fulfillment.

  • Load and unload trucks as needed, ensuring the safe handling of parts and materials.

  • Assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring the proper documentation and handling of returned items.

  • Use warehouse management systems to track and update parts inventory in real-time.

  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

  • Support the Parts Specialists and other team members with any additional tasks as required.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Willingness to learn and take direction from other Parts team Members

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail
