We are pleased to announce the opening for a Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Senior Analyst, who will join our Engineering Services Division in Huntsville, Alabama and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team that supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in developing new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects.
Responsibilities:
You’ll be:
Integrate into a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry team
Provide analysis, management, and general technical/scientific support/services/products as an integral member of the MDA Counter-Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate
Develop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities
Provide understanding of MDA Element Program efforts for Discrimination and Electronic Protection
Basic Qualifications:
MS/MA degree and 12+ years of experience or a BS/BA with 20+ years of experience in lieu of the MS/MA degree
Active Secret Clearance required with ability to acquire TS/SCI
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in technical countermeasure mitigation assessments, briefings and reporting
Experience in developing and reviewing engineering requirements and CONOPS
Development of risk analysis and mitigation efforts
Knowledge of Missile Defense fundamentals
Experience in technical system performance assessments, contingencies, and implementation planning
Experience in conducting analysis and trade studies as well as multi-discipline and functional analysis
Conducting multi-discipline and multi-functional technical analysis
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
Master's degree in STEM field
MDA experience
Knowledge of Engineering, Analysis, Systems Engineering, Missile Defense, Electronic Warfare, Electronic Protection, Radar, MDS Countermeasures, and Risk Analysis
