Lockheed Martin Program Security Representative in Huntsville, Alabama
Description: This position requires a Final Secret clearance.
The selected candidate will perform duties as Industrial Program Security Representative for multiple collateral programs with the Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company Facility in Huntsville, AL.
Responsibilities include:
- All aspects of security to include, personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, and classification management as set forth in the 32 Code of Federal Registry Rule 117, National Industrial Security Program, Operating Manual (NISPOM) and applicable contractual and customer requirements as applicable.
- Collaborate in a team environment with multiple security disciplines.
- Implement government security requirements; and understand government methodologies, practices and technologies.
- Identify and support internal and external customer needs and incorporate them into business processes.
This position requires the willingness and ability to travel less than 10% of the time.
Basic Qualifications:
- Final Secret Clearance
- Industrial Security experience
- Knowledge of 32 CFR 117, NISPOM
Desired Skills:
- SharePoint Experience
- Working knowledge of DD254's
- Proficiency with NISPOM
- Experience with DISS, SIMS, and Intrusion Detection Systems, and Access Control Systems
- Prior or current experience as a FSO, AFSO, or Industrial Security Rep
- Experience interfacing with both internal and external customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude
- Self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
