Description

Assertive Professionalsis seeking aProgram Manager - Administration & Protocol to support ourNational Securitycustomer in Huntsville, AL (Offsite).

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide strategic oversight and coordination between six geographic protocol staffed locations covering multiple time zones in addition to extended protocol supportduring flight tests and other major events

  • Ensure proper staffing is in place at each location with guidance to plan, manage, and execute professional protocol support for high visibility, Agency-level requirements with minimal Government oversight

  • Execute requirements, deliver services, and provideteamwork/cooperation, management of personnel, and overall program and contract management

  • Oversee technical leads and employees with planning, coordination, and execution of:

  • Distinguished Visitor Protocol requirements

  • Agency Event Protocol Requirements

  • Daily Protocol Requirements

  • Scheduling Support

  • Correspondence Support

  • Executive Administration

  • Specialized Correspondence Management and Staff Action Support requirements

  • Policy and Training Support Performance Elements

  • Schedule Support Elements

  • Correspondence Support Elements

  • Travel Support

  • Access Control

  • Office Administration and Administrative Support

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI

  • Live or willing to relocate within 30 miles of Huntsville, AL

  • Experience managing at least 50 government consultants in multiple locations

  • MA/MS and 10 years experience in administration/business field or BA/BS and 15 years experience in administrative/business field

  • 7 years' experience overseeing administrative support to DOD and/or Federal Agencies

  • Expert in Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), For Official Use Only (FOUO), and Classified information handling programs and procedures

  • Expert in government travel processes and systems

  • Expert in government property regulations and systems

  • Expert developing employee training programs and strategies including providing on the job training to meet the Agencys mission

  • Expert in government task management systems

  • Excellent communication skills to include phone, office etiquette, and written skills
