NTA, Inc. is seeking a Program Control Analyst with contracts and accounting experience at our headquarters in Huntsville, AL. Duties will include the following: review contracts and contract modifications prior to set up in Deltek Costpoint; establish, maintain and execute processes and procedures for project setup in Deltek CostPoint; monitor and analyze budget and forecast data to include indirect rates; compile and analyze cost data required to support pricing for bid and proposal projects; provide budgeting and forecasting support to program managers; and work closely with accounting to ensure accurate and timely billing. Successful candidate must be detailed oriented, highly organized, and a self-starter.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related field from an ABET accredited institution
  • 5 years of experience working with Department of Defense (DoD)

Required:

  • Extensive Deltek CostPoint Experience
  • Five years of experience with Department of Defense contracts
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and TEAMS)
  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

Desired:

  • Business Intelligence report writing experience

U.S. Citizenship required.
