Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit.

THE WORK

• Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit.

• Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data.

• Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.

• May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with customer meeting setup

• Experience with meeting coordination, taking minutes, assign actions and seeing them to closure.

• Experience in sending VAR information for classified meetings

• Experience in managing emails, calendars & schedules

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Demonstration of exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

• Able to grasp new concepts and technology quickly to advance area priorities and support organizational growth.

• Experienced in communication with senior stakeholders / customers / VIP visitors.

• Highly skilled in managing multiple workflows to achieve business priorities and program directives utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as time management skills.

• Strong commitment to follow through and communication of tasks as they are in process as well as attention to detail

• Resourceful with an array of transferable skills in program-level support, client coordination, and workflow organization.

• Self-motivated, strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work creatively and efficiently under pressure to maintain successful delivery of high-quality content amid dynamic and unexpected circumstances.

• Willingness to take on additional actives outside of normal job scope

• Advanced Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Skype, Zoom, Teams, SAP Concur

• Experience with Skype, Teams, Zoom

• Strong interpersonal skills

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
