We have an immediate opening for a

Principal Systems Engineer and Integration Analystwho will serve as Group Manager of the Company's NASA Division in Huntsville, AL.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of organization structures and processes to improve service integration and delivery of IT services for NASA missions, programs and Centers in the NASA Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)
• Coordinate with NASA Deputy CIO, Strategy and others in the OCIO executive leadership team on overall activities required to support OCIO strategy development and execution.
• Develop and brief architecture products, facilitate ad hoc working groups and technical exchange meetings.
• Coordinate technical requirements necessary to execute developed architecture with government, Service Lines, Agency Level Offices, and prime contractors.
• Lead business development of aeronautics and space digital solutions in support of the federal government and contractors.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for NASA Division by identifying customer needs and revenue sources that can be leveraged with company capabilities.
• Responsible for driving the team to achieve organizational goals in addition todelivering complex technical solutions to the government customers.
• Serve as a member of the Company's Management Team and perform duties associated with that role.

Requirements

• Demonstrated executive level responsibilities leading large organizations in the delivery of digital solutions enabling space-related missions.
• Project Management experience leading agency-wide initiatives involving government and contractor efforts, preferably Federal Acquisition Certified, Program/Project management certifications.
• Demonstrated experience in government business development, developing advanced concepts and acquiring budget approvals, and budget execution resulting in
• Demonstrated coordination and participation with multiple organizations including NASA Sr. SES executives, Program Directors, NASA Center leadership, prime contractors, and other organizations to lead cross-discipline initiatives developing solutions that improve organizational efficiency and service improvements.
• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships across the federal sector, facilitating information sharing across multiple organizations, both government and contractor.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time, CONUS and OCONUS
• BA/BS and 20 years of related professional experience; MA/MS and 10 years of related professional experience.
• Must be US Citizen
