Creekbend Terrace Apartments Office Assistant / Leasing Agent in Huntsville, Alabama
Assist manager with operation of apartment office. This includes preparing monthly newsletter, posting rental payments, filing, leasing units, customer service, preparing letters / communication, maintaining cleanliness of office and all other duties as assigned. Hours are Mon-Fri 8-4:30 no weekends required 1 week paid vacation after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years Company match 3% IRA after 2 year Starting pay $14.50 per hour - raise after 90 day probation Must be proficient in the use of Word and Excel Verbal spanish a plus
