Ai Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) Business Systems Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama
AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to be based in the Huntsville, Alabama area. This position, reporting directly to the ASRI CFO, will analyze company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people. Determines, tailors, and implements applicable business analytic solutions for the company. Performs duties concerned with the design and improvement of computer-based business systems. Works closely with senior managers to identify and solve a variety of computer-based business system problems to include implementation of custom dashboards for key metric reporting. Analyzes requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing business systems. Studies existing computer-based business systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops or implements new systems to improve production or workflow as required (such as OKTA and Integrify). The ideal candidate will have subject matter expertise in the full breadth of the Deltek Costpoint suite of business software tools and the ability to develop customized reporting, workflow management and products for the management team. Provides oversight of the IT/Network management resources and DFARS compliance for the company.
Education:
Bachelors degree or higher in an applicable management/business/information systems discipline is required.
Months/Years of Experience:
Minimum of Five (5) years professional experience in business/management system application development and tailoring for areas related to the DoD/Federal FAR based contract environment. At least Two (2) years of experience with the Deltek Costpoint suite of business tools to include proficiency in Cognos programming for business intelligence applications. Desired experience in IT/Network administration to include the DFARS contract compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizen. Security Clearance Required. The applicant must have a thorough understanding of business system automation and analytics application in the DoD/Federal DFARS contracting environment. Must have in-depth understanding of the full Deltek Costpoint suite of business tools and skill in Cognos programming for business intelligence applications. The applicant must have experience in workflow management and single sign on applications (such as Integrify and OKTA). The applicant must be a motivated self-starter, critical thinker, and solutions focused with attention to detail. Candidate must be a team player and have strong demonstrated written/oral communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
Desired expertise with IT/Network administration in the DFARS compliant environment. Desired experience and expertise with accounting procedures, customized business intelligence dashboard development, contract program controls, financial reporting, etc.
