Responsible for providing administrative support for the President of Redstone Services Group by performing a variety of duties and responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports Redstone Services Group management with various administrative functions including, but not limited to; maintaining staff and company calendars, processing expense reports, collate and distribute mail and monitoring inventory for area.
  • Coordinates a variety of meetings and events; secures location, makes travel arrangements, prepares all materials, organizes and provides further assistance as needed.
  • Assists with special projects, performing research and compiling data as necessary.
  • Prepares clear, accurate, and thorough correspondence, reports and other written materials.
  • Welcomes members, clients and visitors to the office and assists them as need.
  • Manages and directs all in-coming communication including e-mails and phone calls.
  • Develop, update and implement administrative systems, protocols and procedures to make all related processes more efficient.
  • Maintains a professional image and demeanor while interacting with clients and employees of Redstone Services Group.
  • Provides courteous and timely service to all internal and external stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job satisfactorily, an employee must be able to carry out each essential duty competently.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED Required

Prior Administrative or Clerical Experience Required

Special Training, Licenses and/or Certificates Required

Must be able to obtain Alabama Property and Casualty Insurance license with 180 days of employment.

SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Effectively apply internal and external customer service practices and processes to meet quality service standards and achieve member satisfaction.
  • Learn and apply information, on a wide range of Credit Union products, services and regulatory compliance requirements, in order to assess member situations and develop solutions.
  • Resolve problems utilizing advanced knowledge and experience.
  • Individuals must be goal driven, self-motivated and comfortable with individual accountability while also being collaborative and comfortable working in a high-paced team environment.
  • Operate computers and use business software and other standard office equipment while being familiar and fully competent with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Superior organizational and communication skills, flexibility, an eye for detail, and an ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivating, client caring, and team oriented.
  • Communicate in a professional manner and deliver information clearly and effectively. Actively listen to questions, opinions and ideas of others. Use tact and diplomacy in sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Use correct English including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Operate computers and use business software and other standard office equipment.
  • Understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work efficiently.
