Job Title: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Shifts Available: Various shifts including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am
Location: Huntington, NY - Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
Salary: $19-23 commensurate with experience
Health Source Group is looking for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA with Health Source Group, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Responsibilities: Provide care for residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, following the direction of licensed nurses. Perform all duties according to facility, Federal, and State standards. Assist RNs and LPNs in various tasks including admitting, admitting assessments, discharging, and transferring residents. Perform activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning. Maintain clean living conditions for residents and promptly report any resident status changes or family concerns to licensed nurses. Collect and organize charts, records, and reports for LPNs. Ensure that all residents receive high-quality service in a caring and compassionate environment that respects individual needs and rights. Perform other related job duties as required.
Qualifications: Active Certificate as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of New York. High school diploma or equivalent.
