We are in search of a General Office Clerk to become a part of Manufacturing company located in Huntington Beach, California. In this role, your primary function will be managing customer applications, maintaining detailed customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This position also requires vigilance in monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Gain hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display

• Manage and maintain our Amazon listings and advertising campaigns

• Create and maintain accurate and engaging product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords on Amazon's Vendor Central platform

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are always available and work closely with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels

• Assist in creating and managing promotional campaigns, such as coupons, discounts, and seasonal promotions

• Evaluate and collaborate with Amazon Consultants

• Utilize Amazon's Vendor Central platform to optimize product visibility

• Learn from Amazon Learning modules on keyword research and product listing best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks with accuracy and speed

• Familiarity with Scanning documents and converting them into digital formats

• Knowledge of Amazon advertising is desirable

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
