We are hiring a Civil Engineer for our new Huntingburg, IN office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil / Environmental Engineering graduate with 0 - 2 years of experience interested in pursuing a professional engineering career in water resources and sustainable water/wastewater infrastructure. You will be assigned to a project team tasked with helping communities and industries solve their most challenging infrastructure problems. Our team-based culture fosters learning and growth, especially for entry-level engineers. Duties & Responsibilities: - Perform assignments requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to carry out engineering tasks. - Work under the supervision of a project manager or senior -level team member. - Perform sub-professional engineering tasks such as fieldwork, inspections, engineering reports, permits, construction engineering, and simple design calculations. - Coordinate with contractors. - Review construction drawings and specifications. - Contact government officials for permits.
Hard Skills
Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering degree
Basic engineering principles
Interest in water/wastewater/stormwater engineering or transportation engineering

Office environment is laid back but can be deadline intensive at times. There is a family feel and a strong team environment is very important. Dress is business casual.
