Description A local company in the Baltimore area is seeking passionate customer service professionals to support their open enrollment and benefits process. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring clients' satisfaction and success with products or services. Assist employees with navigating open enrollment processes, including benefit selection, eligibility questions, and enrollment procedures. Provide clear and accurate information regarding health insurance options, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Resolve inquiries and issues related to benefits enrollment in a timely and detail oriented manner, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants. Conduct one-on-one consultations to guide employees through their benefits choices, explaining plan details and addressing concerns. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company benefits policies, changes in regulations, and industry trends to provide the most current information to employees. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, account management, or related roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus. Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours to accommodate client needs.
