Description

We are in search of a Sales Manager who can take on the challenge of maximizing our existing business opportunities and expanding our market presence. This role is based in Humble, Texas, and offers a hybrid work model. As a Sales Manager, you will be expected to formulate and execute sales strategies, manage client relations, and handle product marketing, among other duties. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales within specific markets.

• Maintain and enhance relationships with our current client base to increase work orders.

• Upsell and cross-sell new products to clients, with a focus on clearing backlogged inventory.

• Close deals with big box retailers such as Home Depot.

• Leverage your experience with big buyers to build and nurture relationships with retailers.

• Manage product sales for items that are placed "on the shelves" in retail stores.

• Use your knowledge of B2B Sales, Retail Buying, and Retail E-Commerce to drive business performance and identify market trends.

• Utilize CRM to process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Handle product management and product marketing to seize new business opportunities.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales management role

• Proven track record in B2B sales

• Experience with Big Box Retail and National Retailers

• Demonstrated knowledge of Retail Buying and Retail E-Commerce

• Strong client relations skills

• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions

• Ability to monitor and improve business performance

• Knowledge of current market trends to inform sales strategy

• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies

• Proficient in product management and product marketing
