JOB REQUIREMENTS: Hudson Hospital & Clinic is looking for a Pharmacist for our Community Pharmacy. Available shifts include day/evening and weekend. The ideal candidate will have initiative, good triaging skills, and experience in a fast-paced pharmacy. Pharmacists provide professional pharmaceutical services by: Verifying medication orders and dispensing medications and related supplies. Monitoring patient medication therapies. Providing drug information to healthcare providers. Overseeing the work of direct support personnel. Knowledgeable about and monitors healthcare trends and happenings in community state, and region as well as nationally. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with key constituents and all levels of management and employees. Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate o patients of all age groups. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required. Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of one year hospital and/or retail pharmacy experiencepreferred. Doctorate preferred.
