Mercury Systems Sr. Manager Quality Systems in Hudson, New Hampshire

In this role, you have the opportunity to: Lead a team of Quality Systems professionals responsible for the overall compliance systems and governing documentation of Mercury Systems. Oversee the planning of internal and external Quality Systems audits and work with subject matter experts to update the related processes documentation. Develop a standardized Quality System across all Mercury Systems businesses and consolidate site QMS into single value streams. Develop a 365 day a year audit readiness culture and drive QMS Awareness throughout the business. You are responsible for: The creation and on-going development of processes and work instructions to assure product and process integrity. Implementing standardized processes across Mercury Systems locations and consolidating existing value streams. Ensuring that site audit teams are trained and that all sites are executing to their internal and external audit plans. Implementing monthly corrective action reviews with ELT and site leadership and ensuring that the Root Cause Corrective Action responses are robust and effectively implemented. Oversight of large projects such as site certificate consolidation and getting new locations certified to a Quality System. Migration of site level Quality Systems documentation and outputs (such as Management Reviews, Internal Audits, etc.) to corporate systems. Additional responsibility includes QA Manager oversite of the Peachtree Corners, GA and Marriottsville, MD locations. Required Qualifications: * 8+ years of experience in Quality Systems and/or Quality Assurance * Experience in root cause and corrective action tools and process improvement Knowledge of SPC, with ability to monitor and report trends internally and externally * Solid understand of Quality Management Systems (AS9100 and ISO-9001) * Auditing experience in an AS9100 environment * Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with senior leadership * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills * Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * 30-50% travel Preferred Qualifications: * B.S. Degree in Engineering or Business Management preferred. * Third-Party Lead Auditor Certification * Sig Sigma Training/Certification "This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
