Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

We are seeking a Test Technician with RF experience for our first shift, 4/10 work week - Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.

, manufacturing team. Come support various programs in Hudson NH's SEAS Factory using your skills in manufacturing. You will work in a dynamic manufacturing team environment that supports exciting Maritime defense Technologies.

  • Performs manual and automated testing on RF products including RFDs, SPUs, lower level assemblies, and cables

  • Demonstrates ability to comprehend and work to a test procedure, following detailed instructions and correctly completing test data records

  • Able to document non-conformances in TipQA and discrepancies in Solumina to document all failures and assist in driving to closure

  • Sets up test equipment and conducts tests of production assemblies and units following processes, test procedures, and drawings

  • Adjusts and calibrates systems as needed

  • Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments as directed

  • Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties

  • May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or ther control procedures

  • Collaborate with team members and engineering team to produce quality products

  • Drive continuous improvement and sustain a compliant work environment

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Long periods of sitting and/or standing

  • Good manual dexterity requiring the use of both hands

  • Visual acuity or correctable vision, color vision

  • Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Needs to be able to read and interpret work instructions and mechanical drawings and schematic diagrams

  • Experience with RF test equipment including power meters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers

  • Effective communication and team work

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Manual RF test experience

  • Computer literacy

  • Understanding requirements of engineering change orders and cut ins

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72380 - $115830

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
