We are looking for:
- candidate who Implement and maintain QC procedures including testing methods for all materials. Prepare chemical/ reagent and perform on material testing as request by users. Understand and supervise lab equipment used in high performance.
We count on you for:
Perform HSE perspective within laboratory to maintain work safely.
Implement and monitor QC methods, processes and procedures by written technical papers and reports; and prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, and tests.
Perform analytical tests, validate test results and also report of batch completion. Ensure correct storage of data and documents.
Prepare chemical/ reagent for material testing
Perform on raw material, in-process and final product testing
Maintain QC documents in place
Assess the effectiveness of lab equipment, methods and procedures, and provide recommendations for improvements. Investigate any quality issues and incidents, and contribute to the corrective actions.
Archive and keep up-to-date all QC related documentation.
Direct, control and coordinate the activity and operations with team. Implement and monitor training programs for technicians and operators.
Supervise lab equipment to work on high performance. Control of lab equipment verified base on their plans.
Cooperate as a member of committees of Management systems; Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and Quality.
Other duties as assigned.

You will bring:
Minimum 0-2 years in Chemical Manufacturing Plant in an area of quality control or related.
Experience in the quality area, SPC process control and business excellence,
Know management systems; Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and Quality.
Know instrumental analysis; GC-MS, Viscometer, Karl Fisher etc.
Bachelor of Science Program in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Industrial Chemistry or related field.
Knowledge of Chemical analysis, Statistic analytical technique; SPC etc.
Knowledge of Management system such as HSEMS, QMS, TQM, 5S etc.
