AMIB, Inc. Residential Program Manager in Howell, New Jersey

Currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to monitor services to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and visual impairments in a group home environment.As Group Home Manager you are leading your team to oversee and create opportunities for residents to engage in community activities, while also overseeing the program coordination and growth of the staff and individuals, scheduling, implementation of ISP goals and adhere to all state and agency policies and procedures and on-call responsibilities.Come be a part of a team of caring professionals that concentrate on abilities - NOT disabilities!Requirements:2-5 years of direct service support experience.Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.Must have Driver License valid in NJ with no more than 5 points.HS diploma or GED required, College Degree preferable.Satisfactory background and pre-employment drug testing.About usAMIB, Inc is a growing non-profit social service organization focused on providing community based services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities as well as visual impairments.
