Compensation New Toddler Lead Teachers generally earn between $13 and $17 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background. You are working with children! Qualifications Quality experience is a must to take care of our toddlers! In order for you to be considered as a Lead Teacher, a minimum of two years of experience is preferred.
