Description We are offering an opportunity for a Collections Specialist based in Houston, Texas. The chosen candidate will be tasked with monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, handling high volume business-to-business (B2B) accounts, and using SAP and Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes. This role is critical in ensuring the financial objectives set by the management are met.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts through customer calls, identifying and resolving customer issues.

• Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts, negotiating with customers to collect payments and settle accounts.

• Systematically track and prioritize numerous collections cases simultaneously.

• Initiate AR activities, including billings, disputes, customer refunds, cash receipts, and collection of payments.

• Understand and navigate SAP and Microsoft Excel to report account statuses.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service to customers.

• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.

• Provide customer service and maintain relationships with clients regarding outstanding balances.

• Handle high volume of business-to-business (B2B) accounts.
