MISSION STAFFING OF TEXAS LLC Service Writer in Houston, Texas
Our client is seeking a skilledService Writerto join their Team located in the East Houston area.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing and processing service orders, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with our service team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented organized, self motivated individual to contribute to the success of our organization.
*Duties:*
Write and process service orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide clear and concise information about the required services.
Utilize the knowledge of diesel/automotive sales and service to provide customers with recommendations and estimates for repairs and maintenance.
Ensure that all service orders are transmitted to the service team in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service orders, customer interactions, and sales.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have.
Utilize the knowledge of air brake and diesel engine repair to advise customers on the best course of action for their vehicle.
Ensure that all cash handling is done in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Align the customer's needs with the services offered by the organization.
Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure that all service orders are completed efficiently and effectively.
*Requirements:*
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in diesel/automotive sales and service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in cash handling and sales.
Knowledge of air brake and diesel engine repair is an asset.
Ability to align the customer's needs with the services offered by the organization.
Experience with service writing and transmitting service orders is required.
Strong customer service skills.
Experience in diesel service is a BONUS.
