We are looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiter . The Senior Recruiter will support the Sales department ’s high growth recruit ment needs as well as our technology hiring needs . By partnering with our leaders , you will help to support the achievement of Enverus’ goals and strategic objectives . This position reports to the VP of Talent Excellence and can be based in Texas, Colorado , Pennsylvania, or Calgary.
Ability to understand complex job descriptions and create a supporting recruitment strategy utilizing a variety of resources and tools to include passive recruitment methods
Ownership of a ll assigned requisitions . Given the growth we are experiencing this may average around 20-25
Development of a pipeline of sales talent for future needs
Ensu re an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Scheduling of interviews with hiring managers
References, offer letters and background processes
Competitive Candidate Profile
5 – 10 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus in sales and technology recruitment is required. Other areas include executive level recruitment, technology, accounting, finance, and marketing.
Established track record of developing proactive sourcing and mining strategies
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to articulate a compelling career opportunity based on the candidate's motivation
Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end hiring process from inception through onboarding
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with an ATS system, preferably Jobvite
Excellent attention to detail
Action-oriented and results-driven individual
Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple candidates, searches, and projects with a sense of urgency
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
Salary Range: 85,0000-90,000
