We are looking for an exceptional Senior Data Scientest, Analytics to collaborate with our program management and engineering team to build solutions that improve our Data Center delivery cycle time. As a Senior Data Scientest, you will partner with various teams to develop business requirements to standardize the business input and develop a long-term vision and partnering cross-functionally.

Responsibilities
Build scalable data assets (dashboards, underlying data models, and workflows) to unlock reliable and high velocity decision support
Deeply understand the Data Center delivery cycle and underlying information to support leadership and stakeholders make data-driven decisions and continuous process improvements.
Apply statistical methods, causal inference, and machine learning to inform Data Center business decisions and optimize our process and systems.
Advocate for our members and provide meaningful insights to internal teams (e.g., Construction, Permitting, Energy, Network, etc.) working to improve the business process and data reporting.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to increase the quality of data products and support interactions.
Partner closely with cross functional stakeholders to build and deliver world-class support and data insights experiences.
Guide business leaders with confidence in your analytics and reporting to ensure smooth execution.
Summarize and clearly communicate data analysis assumptions and results.
Collaborate with stakeholders to take a vague problem statement, refine the scope of the analysis, and use the results to drive informed decisions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 1+ year(s) data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)
OR Master's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)
OR Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)
OR equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Power BI or Tableau.
3+ years of experience in Power Platform.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

OR Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 7+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results))
OR equivalent experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience in SQL.
3+ years of experience in R/Python.
Prior experience in advanced analytics or business data science within a supply chain operations or business strategy setting.
Deep understanding of econometric and statistical analysis, and experience in applying these skills to derive insights from broad data sets.
Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to make informed judgments.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders and conveying complex concepts in an accessible manner.
Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
An agile, growth-minded approach, demonstrated through a history of driving projects from ideation to impact.
Data Science IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
