[Operate a Traditional Machine Shop including metal lathe, mill, drill press, brake press, sheer, roll, saws, and drills for complex stainless steel fabrication *[Operates 3-jaw and 4-jaw horizontal turning machine lathes turning carbon steel and stainless steel raw material bars, pipe and non-metallic materials into components for industrial valves *[Operates Bridgeport Series II type milling machines for end mill, drilling boring and broaching operations on a 10 x 42 table *[Operates Vertical Turret lathes for turning flange face finishes and final dimension ID and OD turning operations *[Operates radial arm drills for flange hole boring and blind/thru-hole drilling operations *[Prepares labor card(s), job ticket(s), and other reports, forms, records and related paperwork for assigned area as required *[Ensures that product output meets established quality policy *[Background requirements: [Candidates must pass a criminal background check.
