An exciting opportunity to join a leading biotech research company as a Laboratory Manager! Come join a growing team focusing on clinical research and development process for new therapeutics!
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p w/ flexibility
Pay: 65K-90K DOE
Job Duties:
Oversee daily laboratory operations, and workflow management to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency
Implement and maintain laboratory safety protocols and procedures, enforcing regulatory compliance.
Report deficiencies to QA and management in a timely manner.
Responsible for Environmental Health and Safety compliance and maintenance of relevant items.
Manage inventory of laboratory supplies, reagents, and consumables. Ensure timely procurement and proper storage of materials
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Biology, Biotechnology or related field
3-5 years of experience working in Biotechnology or regulated laboratory.
Previous supervisory or managerial experience
