JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sr. Client Services Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of personalized customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of initiative, passion for people, and have a strong commitment to deliver outstanding customer service with a willingness to go above and beyond in order to deliver.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides consultative and technical product support to customers, sales representatives, and regional managers as needed.

  • Prepare international shipping documents and coordinate with the shipping department.

  • Responsible for overall customer service support including order entry, expediting, resolving customer service issues, Return Goods Authorizations (RGA’s) and providing shipping and other information to customers.

  • Process requests for project quotes.

  • Monitors status of all backorders and keep customers up to date.

  • Follow up with stakeholders during and after the delivery of goods to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Daily management of Salesforce and Oracle.

  • Sets up new customers in the system.

  • Develop an understanding of business, products/services, the market, or account needs.

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Experience:  3+ years of experience in customer service and/or account management required. Experience in refining, power, chemical processing, and heavy industrial industries a plus.

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required. College degree is a plus . Experience in lieu of education is accepted.

  • Experience with international shipping documentation and shipment coordination.

  • Must have the ability to prioritize and have strong time management skills.

  • Requires problem solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in all MS Office products. Salesforce experience a plus.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, result-focused environment.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    On-site in temperature-controlled office. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm.
