Executive Assistant
Full time, days and evenings.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant: - Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports. - Assist in the preparation of financial documents, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements. - Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support executive decision-making. - Coordinate and manage special projects related to finance, accounting, and real estate. - Prepare and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports related to financial and real estate matters. - Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and financial institutions. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. - Assist in coordinating real estate transactions, property management tasks, and related documentation. - Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant: - High school or equivalent GED. - 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar, with a focus on finance and accounting. - Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial reporting. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software. - Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field experience preferred.
- Experience in the real estate industry or property management is highly preferred.
