Document Control Administrator
Adecco is hiring for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Administrator in Houston, Tx to ensure that all job packets are completed and submitted on time. This role plays a critical part in maintaining quality control, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring smooth documentation processes.
Main Responsibilities
Receiving Inspection : Review customer requirements for quality controls and transfer them to Quality Procedures (QP).
Quality Control Coordination : Communicate customer quality control requirements to the internal team and ensure they are adhered to.
Document Collection : Collect Material Test Reports (MTRs) and inspections from suppliers, as well as internal quality and production inspections for each project.
Customer Compliance : Ensure that all quality inspections are performed according to customer-required frequencies.
Logistics Coordination : Communicate with the logistics team regarding Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and deliveries.
Job Packet Preparation : Prepare the final job packets to be delivered to the customer.
JSA Completion : Complete Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for work on-site (pre-commissioning).
Additional Document Control : Perform other document control duties as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
Training : On-the-job training on document control procedures will be provided.
Languages : English is required; Spanish is a plus.
Experience : 5-7 years of relevant experience in document control or a related field is preferred.
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
