This position will be located in one of our district offices in a professional office setting.
Corporate Communication is searching for a talented video production professional to join its team. This professional will serve as a valued member of the team, overseeing all aspects of video production and other creative communication projects that are helping Kiewit deliver strong business results. Primary responsibilities include:
Overseeing all aspects of corporate video production, including pre-production, shooting and editing for various internal and external videos
Leading all aspects of video animation projects, including storyboarding, design and animation
Effectively creating and managing video content, templates and associated resources for video personnel across the company
Preparing video files for web and social media distribution
Brainstorming design and video concepts
Researching pricing for clients and collecting bids for projects
Supporting a variety of important marketing communication projects including – but not limited to – developing and designing print, web and social marketing materials
Assisting with special communication projects as directed by leadership
We are seeking a video production professional with a degree in visual arts, video production, journalism or a related field of study. The following are basic qualifications for the role:
3+ years previous experience with professional video production
Experience with lighting and audio equipment is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects
Strong writing and client-relations skills with high attention to detail
Ability to think creatively and collaborate on internal and external teams
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
Strong skills with peripheral technology, especially DSLR cameras and video equipment
Desire to learn and adapt to new communication and design principles, tools and technologies
High level of motivation, willingness to learn
Open to travel
