Job Description
Independence Title Company in Houston, Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an experienced Commercial Escrow Officer . Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
The Commercial Escrow Officer is responsible for:
Working closely with clients to accomplish a closed transaction in a timely, efficient and error-free manner.
Processing file from beginning to end, preparing Settlement Statement and all other closing documents necessary for a commercial transaction.
Ordering updates from the underwriter and determine clearance to close.
Meeting with clients to execute closing and complete necessary paperwork
Participating in Marketing/Entertainment to successfully build and maintain customer base

Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 5 years of commercial escrow experience, as a Commercial Escrow Officer, is required.
Comfortable with technology.
Microsoft Suite proficient.
This is not a work-from-home position.
