Experience in Agile methodology, including writing of user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO)
Effective written and verbal communication, with the presence to lead meetings with key stakeholders.
Exhibit creativity, innovation, and the ability to multi-task, as this person will work on multiple projects.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Aviation, or related field or equivalent experience
2-5 years of IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training
Working experience in airport or airline operations
Experience in Agile methodology, including writing of user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO)
Effective written and verbal communication
Exhibit creativity and innovation
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred Experience
General knowledge of airline PSS systems, functionality, and industry standards
Monthly or quarterly travel may be required.
