Role and Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Generally responsible for maintaining and processing invoices received for payment and internal invoices for multiple high-volume business units.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) :

• Collect invoices from receivers/managers/chefs by designated location

• Archive invoice data into Crunchtime system

• Code all invoices to the proper general ledger

• Ensure invoices are in accordance with company policy, follow correct receiving SOP, and compare against PODs

• Monitor and track invoice approvals

• Maintain cleanliness of office space

  Qualifications Required:

• Data entry skills

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines

• Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

• Well organized

• Proficient in MS Office
