About this role
As Account Executive at GoCo, you'll drive new business sales by managing the entire sales process, from prospecting through phone, email, and social media to closing deals. Collaborating with the product team, you'll provide insights to shape future features based on customer interactions while meeting monthly and quarterly targets. By delivering accurate information and outstanding solutions, you'll nurture a successful sales pipeline and position GoCo's offerings to maximize value for customers.
What will I be doing?
Receive qualified leads and manage the sales cycle to close
Proactively engage with your pipeline via phone calls, email, text, LinkedIn, etc.
Inside sales with sales demos being conducted virtually
Accurately document interactions and forecast pipeline in CRM
Continuously learn new value propositions and product lines
Carrying a quota and hitting monthly and quarterly targets
Being a product and industry expert and delivering outstanding solutions to prospects
In-person work twice per month
Necessary Skills
2+ years of experience in a SaaS closing role
Previous experience in B2B sales selling a technical solution or technology product
Possess excellent technical skills and be comfortable using productivity tools and CRM platforms
Industry knowledge, specifically in human resources, benefits and/or software, is a big plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and independently
Collaborative, positive attitude, and self-motivated
