WOLF RIVER COMMUNITY BANK Administrative Assistant in HORTONVILLE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: WHAT YOU\'LL DO: *Create and prepare reports for the leadership team of the bank. *Maintain stockholder records. *Work closely with management on multiple projects with various timelines. *Meeting coordination and set up for Board of Directors, stockholders, and other internal meetings. *Coordinate facilities management for Bank-wide services including lawn services, courier, building maintenance and troubleshooting. *Responsible for coordinating a bi-weekly Community Involvement agenda for the committee meeting. *Greet customers and provide them with a WOW customer service experience. *Answer customer questions and incoming calls. *Receive customer transfer requests and work with the Retail team to execute, delivering exceptional customer service throughout. *Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take messages. *Coordinate the Bank\'s internal mail system. *Maintain inventory and order office equipment and supplies. *Responsible for coordinating, picking up and dropping off items for meetings, meeting and other events including delivering items to be mailed/shipped, etc. *Other duties as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and other software is required. Other skills required include strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A primary objective related to these tasks is to create exceptional experiences and deliver remarkable service for our customers.
