As a Senior Manager, Promotional Content Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the Content Supply Chain technology stack, with a particular focus on Content Workflow, content creation/assembly, and Digital Asset Management (DAM). You will collaborate closely with other product groups, architecture, and Content Hub partners to enable and maintain integrations and measurement across creation, approval, and channels. Your proven expertise in Technical Product Management will be crucial in determining and successfully implementing the best tools and platforms to support our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the Content Supply Chain stack, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, and Workfront Fusion, to support our fast paced marketing strategies and business goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial/Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and IT to define product requirements and roadmaps.

  • Coordinate the development and deployment of new features and enhancements for the Content Supply Chain technology.

  • Lead all stages of product development, from initial planning to day-to-day operations.

  • Conduct regular audits of the Content Supply Chain technology to ensure it is delivering exceptional results and meeting our business needs.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in marketing technology, including AI, to ensure our content management remains world class.

  • Provide technical support and training for the use of the Content Supply Chain technology, empowering our teams to excel.

  • Work with vendors and third-party providers to support the Content Supply Chain technology and ensure seamless integration of tools and platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the Content stack, providing regular reports and actionable insights to our partners.

  • Assure that the Content Supply Chain technology aligns with J&J's data privacy regulations and company policies in a rigorous manner.

Qualifications

  • Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 8 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating your proven expertise in Technical Product Management in a promotional content/marketing technology environment.

  • Strong and demonstrated knowledge of marketing technologies and platforms, including marketing workflow automation, content creation, and DAM.

  • Demonstrated success in leading multiple cross-functional self-organized teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

  • Excellent program / project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage and inspire teams.

  • Preferred:

  • Equipped with foundational knowledge and methods to identify, engage, and build empathy with customers, and apply these methods to your daily work.

  • Emphasize business adaptability, Agile project delivery with a willingness to learn from failures, and measurable achievements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.

  • Contributes with ideas that challenge thinking, bringing fresh perspectives to our marketing technology initiatives.

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the integrity and security of our content management processes.

The base pay range for this position is The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000- $170,200.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
