The Product Director, Access & Customer Experience Marketing, will lead the strategic development and pull through solutions that drive confidence in TREMFYA® utilization for patients and providers. You will lead the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing operations for disruptive market access solutions in addition to new launch of the TREMFYA® With Me 2.0 support program for patients. This role provides the opportunity to develop strategy, support insight development, idea generation, execution and measurement of new solutions and resources that elevate the provider and patient experience and improve outcomes. You will also lead access and Tremfya with Me messaging development and pull-through for the brand.

You will work closely with a large, cross-functional team including Professional and Patient Dermatology & Rheumatology Marketing, Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS), Integrated Portfolio Solutions (IPS), Sales Leadership & Field Teams including ISR, ISDs & Field Reimbursement & Access Managers (FRMS) as well as our Immunology Strategic Customer Group (SCG).

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the franchise access & Tremfya with Me strategy, manage an Agency of Record in leveraging research and market insights to develop optimized access positioning and messaging & pull through assets for TREMFYA to improve provider access perceptions and pull-through of TREMFYA access for HCP & BC customers.

  • Core stakeholders are HCPs, Bio coordinators, and ISR/ISD’s/Syneos in addition to strong partnership element with FRMS on field training & direction, competency, and confidence

  • You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to analyze new advanced analytics data for TREMFYA coverage and fulfillment, monitor the competitive landscape and changing market dynamics, and uncover deeper insights through additional market research to truly understand patient access and fulfillment gaps, needs and challenges and create new, innovative solutions to address identified opportunities.

  • You will partner with Sales, SL&D, IPS & PECS to increase field acumen and confidence through innovative tactics, training, and support to help translate complex market access & fulfillment knowledge into a more competitive sell, improve field partner collaboration, and drive stronger pre-call planning. This includes supporting the Franchise Access and Reimbursement Managers (FRM) strategy.

  • You will work with IPS and SCG colleagues to develop the long-term business plan for TREMFYA market access focused on how to maximize coverage and address future barriers or opportunities to deliver on brand strategy.

  • You will lead BC Stakeholder Strategy, Engagement & Advocacy, CRM &Tactical pull through of messaging evolution; identify engagement opportunities with PM/BC associations, relationships with key individuals, faculty training, and ad- boards content.

  • You will partner across Marketing, IPS, PECS, and SCG on ensuring consistency, efficiency, and seamless coordination of tactics, messaging, and fulfillment platforms / programs to support HCP’s efforts in helping patients start and stay on TREMFYA.

  • You will be responsible for the CAC review/approval process and need a deep understanding of the regulatory and legal environment, while ensuring compliance at all times.

Qualifications

Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmaceutical Science or an equivalent is required. An MBA is helpful, but not required.

Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant business experience is required, of which a minimum of 3 years of successful and progressive experience in Sales and/or Marketing, Payer, Patient Support Programs or related fields is helpful.

  • Pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus.

  • You must have extraordinary leadership and communication skills, having demonstrated the ability to lead collaboration across teams, inspire without authority, and support risk-taking.

  • Role does not currently have direct reports. However, people leadership experience is a plus.

  • You must be a self-starter, highly accountable, and have strong project planning and organization skills.

  • You must have experience handling multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment and driving decision-making is crucial to success in this position.

  • This role will be 3 days a week in the Horsham, PA office and may require up to 25% domestic travel.
