We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Product Designer with our client in the Healthcare- Tech industry. As a Product Designer, you will be expected to conduct UX research, design end-to-end workflows, and create intuitive user experiences. Candidates must have experience designing for EHR SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end workflows for high-quality implementation.

• Conduct UX research to understand user needs and behaviors.

• Create intuitive user interfaces for SaaS/web or mobile applications.

• Utilize tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Cloud in the design process.

• Develop and maintain brand awareness through design.

• Ensure customer service by resolving user experience issues.

• Use HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript to build interactive designs.

• Conduct A/B testing to improve user experience.

• Utilize Adobe Illustrator to create vector graphics for designs.

• Conduct User Experience Research (UX Research) to inform design decisions.

Requirements

•5+ years of experience designing SaaS/web or mobile applications

• Exceptional fluency in UI Design software, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or related design and prototyping tools.

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of AB Testing techniques.

• Strong understanding and ability to implement brand awareness strategies.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability in design and creating user-friendly interfaces.

• Proficiency in UI/UX Design and the ability to create intuitive and attractive user interfaces.

• Solid grasp of UX principles and the ability to apply them in product design.

• Familiarity with UX/UI Design tools and methodologies.

• Experience in User Experience Research (UX Research) and the ability to utilize findings in product design.
