Language Services Associates, Inc. Learning and Development Specialist in HORSHAM, Pennsylvania
The Interpreter Management Specialist is responsible for providing support and guidance to LSA's large network of interpreters that service on-site, over-the-phone, and video remote interpreting. The Interpreter Management Specialist will partner with department leadership to strategize and increase interpreter engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- - Provide support and guidance to LSA's linguist network (including but not limited to, call handling and payment inquires, technical support, and on-boarding support). - Contribute to and provide departmental support to plan and execute interpreter engagement activities for all service lines. - Understand LSA platforms, workflows, and best practices for all service lines. - Help monitor and evaluate the performance of the scheduled employee interpreters. - Partner with Inbound, Outbound, Learning & Development and WFM teams to increase interpreter utilization. - Exercise discretion and judgment in matters of performance management and employee relations issues. - Provide Contact Center Support as necessary. - Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- - Proven understanding of LSA's policies and procedures. - Experience with and knowledge of LSA's systems and technology. - Strong customer service skills. - Exceptional written and oral communication skills. - Problem solving and critical thinking skills. - Proficient computer skills.
