In this role, you will be responsible to:

Oversee and manage teams of Learning Business Partners and Program Managers for J&J IM North America Learning Excellence Sales Excellence capabilities and programs. Establish and drive end to end strategy and priorities for J&J IM North America Learning Excellence Sales Excellence , including Selling Skills / Competencies, Sales New Hire Training, Sales Tools (e.g., Veeva, DEP), and POA Meetings / Launches.

  • Oversee a team of Learning Business Partners (LBPs) and Program Managers (PMs) within J&J IM North America Learning Excellence Sales Excellence capability

  • Lead and manage strategic direction of LBPs, including sharing and educating on J&J IM North America Learning Excellence L&D strategy, priorities, new growth COE initiatives, and provide recommendation for implementing within their respective stakeholder engagement

  • Advise and support LBPs and PMs in their responsibilities, act as a point of escalation, remove barriers, etc.

  • Conduct LBP meetings to collaborate and understand cross-TA / business learning needs and market shifts impacting J&J IM North America Learning Excellence Sales Excellence capability strategy and priorities for COE

  • Shape and lead efforts that drive Sales excellence, distinguished customer engagement, and business impact

  • Work strategically across the organization as a Sales SME

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree; Masters in Learning Preferred

Required:

  • 10 years industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in people management required

  • Previous experience leading Learning Organizations required

  • Strong understanding of learning and development required

Preferred:

  • Diversity in prior commercial roles preferred (sales, sales leadership, acct mgt, marketing, etc.)

  • Experience leading in a matrixed environment preferred

  • Experience leading learning transformations preferred

  • Experience leading in a matrixed environment preferred

The base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
